The police in Gqeberha are appealing to anyone with information about the suspects who murdered Siyabonga Zonqo (35) who was last seen by his family on November 29 leaving to look for work.
Zonqo’s body was discovered in a khaki bag on Friday, decayed, with his hands and feet tied, his neck strangled with a belt, and the bag taped.
According to the report, the body was discovered by a man looking for old metals near the Shauderville forest near a school. Shocked, the man quickly called the residents, who then called the police.
According to a report from Colonel Priscilla Naidu, Zonqo and his friend, in the afternoon, after looking for work, passed by a bar in Korsten to enjoy themselves. At around 6pm, Zonqo did not show up when his friend wanted them to go home.
