The man who killed and buried his wife is back in court

The case of Yibanathi Ndema (43) who is facing murder charges for killing his wife, then burying her will continue throughout next week. Ndema buried his wife under the bathtub in the bathroom of their house in Zingqayi in Butterworth.

This case is ongoing at the Butterworth Magistrate Court and will continue until the 21st of this month.

The woman whose name is Noluvuyo Nonkwelo-Ndema (37), according to the Msobomvu Police in Butterworth, was last seen on July 1, 2019, at around seven o’clock in the morning going to work in Dutywa, wearing work clothes.

Noluvuyo was found after two years of disappearance, hidden under the bathtub by her husband. The same person who opened a missing person case at the police station.
