An unknown dispute between two lovers from Motherwell in Gqeberha, ended with a tragic death.
According to a report from the police, a 29-year-old woman allegedly stabbed and killed a man she was dating on Saturday night.
The deceased man is 38 years old. This man was allegedly stabbed by this woman in the neck and died instantly.
The couple were at their residence in Debe Street in Wells Estate after one o’clock in the morning when the woman allegedly took a knife and stabbed the man.
Captain Gerda Swart says that the man died in their house, and the woman was arrested immediately, but outside their home.
Swart says the cause is still unknown and is still being investigated by the police. The victim’s name has not been released as it is too early and not all relatives have been notified.
The woman is charged with murder and will appear in the Magistrate’s Court soon.
