ZINIKA ingxelo engenabunyani iimanyano zabasebenzi kweli xa zikhuthaza abasebenzi ukuba bashiye imisebenzi ngoninzi lwabo ngenxa yeenguqu kwimithetho yerhafu.

UMandila uthe akukho mfuneko yokuba abasebenzi bashiye ngobuninzi babo kwimisebenzi, ngenxa yezi nguqu kwimithetho yerhafu.

Uthe, ezi nguqu zizakuqala ebutsheni bukaMatshi walo nyaka zizakuchaphazela ngakumbi imali elondolozelwe abasebenzi nebizwa ngokuba yiProvident Fund ebifudula ilawulwa ngokohlukileyo kwezinye iindlela zokonga imali yomhlalaphantsi.

Umsebenzi ubefudula eyifumana ngokupheleleyo iProvident Fund, xa eyeka umsebenzi, ethatha umhlalaphantsi okanye esiya kumadlelo aluhlaza.

UMandila uthe, “Ezi nguqu zizakuqinisekisa ukuba xa ulondoloze imali kwingxowamali yeProvident Fund awuyifumani iyonke lakufika eli xesha. Umsebenzi uzakufumana imali engangekota, ze isithathu seekota azamkeliswe rhoqo ngenyanga.”

Ukwathe phambi kokuwiswa kwalo mthetho besichaneka isininzi esilondoloze imali kwiProvident Fund, nesingabantsundu uninzi lwaso. “Umsebenzi ubefudula eyinikwa yonke imali yakhe, azenzele lo nto acinga ukuyenza.

Uncome ezi nguqu ngelithi “Zizakuqinisekisa ukuba umsebenzi unemali eselugcinweni nazakuyifumana qho ngempelanyanga ukuze angabi luxanduva kurhulumente, nakwabanye abantu.”

Utyhole iimanyano ngelithi eyona njongo yazo kukumilisela amandla azo kwezopolitiko. UMandila uthe, iingxaki ezikhoyo kulo mthetho ziyafana neengxaki nakowuphi na umthetho kuba awukho umthetho olungele wonke umntu.
