NgokwesiXhosa ibhinqa elendileyo liyahlulwa kwelingendanga, ngokuthi omnye abizwe ngokuba yinkazana ze omnye abizwe ngokuba ngumfazi. Xa beteketiswa ke abo bantu kuthiwa yinkosazana nenkosikazi; ze xa zishunqulelwa ezo ziteketiso kuthiwe ‘Nksk’ kwinkosikazi, ze kuthiwe ‘Nksz’ kwinkosazana.

Akukho nto ingenye ke ngokusingise ekucalulweni kwamabhinqa, zezo zimbini kuphela. Eyamabhinqa angafuni kucalulwa ngolo hlobo yagxothelwa ezindle yimbizo yemigaqo yesiXhosa.
