New permanent exhibition at Zeitz MOCAA

A new permanent exhibition, Sala, was launched at the Zeitz MOCAA on Friday, December 15.

Sala features the work of of 17 artists from Africa, including Joël Andrianomearisoa, Thania Petersen, and El Anatsui, and is a collaboration with the 2023 Zeitz MOCAA & University of the Western Cape (UWC) museum fellows.

The exhibition will be on view until Sunday April 12, 2026. The museum is open Monday to Sunday, from 10 am to 6pm (last entry at 5.30pm).
